7 Month Old - Frequent Wakes & Contact Naps

“We have a happier and thriving little boy thanks to Isabella. Our son wouldn’t sleep for longer than 25 minutes in the day unless he was held, and he would need assisting to sleep for naps and at night. We would put him up to bed in the evening and he would need settling back off anywhere from 5-20 times in the space of a few hours. He would also wake several times over night and then would be in bed with me anywhere from 11pm, and so we have co-slept for 6 months.

We now have an 8 month old who is able to self sooth, sleeps independently and in his own room. He will also sleep anywhere inc. the pram, car and carrier! We have noticed such an improvement in his mood and his development. I also feel so much closer to him as I am able to meet his needs with more understanding. It’s been incredible to watch him grow and settle himself back off to sleep independently. We are so proud of him.
My partner and I have also benefited enormously now we are able to have quality time together in the evenings knowing our son is settled in bed, in his own room.
